Can I work on my own vehicle?

 

Absolutely!  That is the point.  Queen City Lift Haus enables you to complete everything automotive from oil changes and brake repair to engine swaps and clutch replacement.  Bring your own parts and GET IN HERE!

 

Do I need to bring my own tools?

You can if you'd like.  Each bay rental comes with access to a tool cart filled with the essentials.  In the tool crib we have non standard tools that arent typically used on every vehicle.  Available are shop equipement such as Engine hoists, presses, bench grinder, welder, vehicle power supply, transmission jack, screw jacks, caliper reset tools, torx, tripple square, Diagnostic Equipment, and service data.  If you dont see it call us to inquire.

 

What if I dont know how to lift my car?

Not a problem!  Haus rules state only employees allowed to operate lifts for liability reasons.  You will pull your car into the bay (or we can for you with permission) and we'll set the lift arms and raise it to the height youd like!  Just let an employee know when you need it down or up and we'll be happy to accomodate.

 

How does Queen City Lift Haus work?

Upon arrival we'll check you in and have you trained up.  We know projects can go long, so we'll settle times and prices when your project is complete.  If you cant finish by closing we offer overnight storage for your project.  If you need to come back the following week, we offer a low weekly storage rate (indoor or outdoor).  We can find a plan that works best.

 

I can bring my car I am buying (or selling) for an inspection?

Absolutely!  Rent the hoist for an hour so you can investigate everything, pull codes and kick the wheels.
