Queen City Lift Haus is built for people who know how to work on their own vehicles but want access to professional-grade lifts, tools, and workspace. Whether you're replacing brakes, installing suspension components, troubleshooting issues, or tackling a full build, you'll have the equipment and space needed to complete the job yourself. Skip the limitations of working in a driveway, parking lot, or crowded garage.

How the Bay Rental Process Works
Scheduleling your time keeps projects on track. Bring a friend or acquaitence who can help you out. Book the time you think you'll need, reserve some flex time, and start buying the parts. Arrival 15 minutes before your scheduled bay time allows check-out of the tools and equipment.
The setup is straightforward: you handle the labor, and the facility provides everything else. No guesswork, no improvising with jacks in a cramped space, and no interruptions. You focus on the repair or upgrade, and the workspace supports every step of it.
Expectations of booking at Queen City Lift Haus:
Book as much standard lift time as you need. Minimum 1 hour rental. Standard reserved time is non-refundable.
Add up to 2 hours of flexible/refundable time to the end of your reservation. Flexible time is billed at the higher refundable rate and may be refunded only if unused and the bay is cleared before that time begins.
Need more time during your rental? Ask before your paid time expires. If the bay is available, the shop is open, and QCLH approves it, extra time is billed at the flexible extension rate in half-hour increments.
Staying past your paid time without approval, delaying another reservation, or running past closing may be billed at the unscheduled overrun rate and may affect future bookings.

Built Around Your Independence
Queen City Lift Haus is designed by a retired automotive technician having 18 years of experience, 10 of which as a Master ASE Certified Tech. Hes worked for Honda, Acura, Pontiac, and BMW dealerships, put time in at Firestone, Tire Discounters and various other independent repair facilities.
Design of the Lift Haus focused around ease of use, comfort and confidence. BendPak's 10APX-181 car lift accomodates GVWR upto 10,000lbs, with a lift arm total height upto 75.5 inches. Sonic's 672 pcs Advanced Automotive Toolset provides metric (5.5mm to 38mm), torx (T6-T70), e-torx (E4-E24), triple square (M4-M16), allen/hex (3mm to 19mm) and universal joints to get into those hard places. 1/4in, 3/8in, and 1/2in ratchets, breaker bars and torque wrenches get the job complete. 5 foot prybar available for those pesky suspension arms that need persuaded out. 1/2in Astro Thor G2 impact gets lug nuts, axle nuts, suspension bolts and crankshaft pully bolts out of your way.
The 16 foot Big Ass Fan, two 30in fans move enough air to blow papers off the tops of tool boxes, and the HVAC system keep the environment comfortable in the summer and winter.
